Why does my profile say I am non-compliant?

Written by Sophia Kaur

If your edyn.care profile shows as non-compliant, it means one or more of your onboarding or ongoing compliance requirements may be incomplete, missing or out of date.

The reason depends on whether you're currently completing your onboarding or are already working with edyn.care.

If you're currently completing your onboarding:

Your profile may show as non-compliant while we're waiting for you to complete your onboarding checks, provide the required documents, finish your mandatory training or waiting for your references to respond. Reach out to recruitment@edyn.care for an update.

If you're already working/registered with edyn.care:

Your profile may show as non-compliant if one or more of your ongoing compliance requirements has now expired.

We would have sent you reminders to complete the required items. However, as these were not completed before they expired, your profile was marked as non-compliant.

Items could include:

Your health questionnaire may be outstanding or require an update.

3. DBS check

Your DBS check or a related requirement may need to be completed.

4. Right to Work

Your Right to Work documents or verification may be outstanding or require updating.

Please note: If you not worked for edyn in the last 6 months we may need to update your employment history and verify your recent agency or employer.

What should I do next?

Please email recruitment@edyn.care to get an update of what is outstanding. The team will then support you in compelting these and getting your profile back on track,.
