  • To act as an ambassador of edyn.care at all times.

Day-to-day

  • Complete detailed notes on time.

  • Submit relevant quality assurance documentation on time.

  • Respond to care management requests in a timely manner.

  • Proactive communication.

  • Report changes in care recipient's needs.

  • Report changes in care recipient's medication.

  • If ever in doubt call the office for advice on 020 3970 9900.
