In order to get paid on time you will first need to upload your payment details on your portal. Follow these three simple steps to upload your payment details:
Step 1: Log in to your portal
Check your email for your login details
Log in to your account
Change your password to something secure and easy to remember
Step 2: Go to the Payments tab
Click on “Payments” in your portal
Select “Connect to Stripe”
Step 3: Add your contact details
Email address
Phone number
Step 4: Fill in your business information
Use the following details:
Address: Your home address
Business type: Individual / Sole Trader
VAT number: Leave blank
Industry: Personal services → Other personal services
Business website:

Step 5: Add support information
Statement descriptor:

Step 6: Set your payout schedule
Select “Automatic” so you’re paid without needing to request it
Step 7: Submit your details
Double-check everything is correct
Submit to complete your setup
