We ensure professional carers are providing a high-quality service through regular spot checks, supervisions and training refreshers.

  • 24h Post-handover calls (for incoming Carers)

  • 6-month supervisions

  • Spot check (can be announced or unannounced)

  • Annual appraisals

  • Competencies in:

    • Safe Administration of Medicines

    • Moving and Handling

    • First Aid and Basic Life Support

  • Yearly training refreshers

  • DBS renewals

Our quality assurance team will contact you to arrange all quality assurance checks other than unannounced spot checks. This is when they will attend a care recipient's property without letting you know and complete a review of your care.
