Unfortunately, no. Personal post must not be sent to a care recipient's home address under any circumstances. A care recipient's home should never be used as your personal mailing address, even if you are on a long-term placement.

If you are expecting something important or time-sensitive, such as a replacement bank card, official documents, medication, or another urgent delivery, please contact our Care Management Team as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a suitable solution and put a plan in place to ensure you receive your item safely and promptly.
