Step 1: Application form
The recruitment journey starts with a very short application and submission of your CV. This initial step allows prospective you to introduce yourself. Please, make sure that you put your last professional experience on your CV.
Step 2: The Interview
Our interviews are conducted online via Zoom. They provide the opportunity to assess a your communication skills, cultural fit and your care knowledg: Here are some interview tips:
Read about us and be prepared for questions related to your knowledge in the health and social care sector.
Please ensure you have the Zoom app up and running, and a stable connection for your interview (more info can be found here)
During the interview you will have to evidence your right to work document (e.g. passport, BRP, visa, pre-settled/settled status - please provide share code) so please have for your call. You can send these details before the interview. That saves our time and we can focus on Q&A.
Step 3: Gathering All Required Documents
After you have been chosen and invited to Induction training the next step before training is to gather all the required documents. These documents are essential and need to be sent to recruitment specialists before training date.
Document Gathering Checklist:
Verify your identity and legal work status
Collect your DBS certificate
Confirm your professional certifications
Contact details of at least three referees
Step 4: Training Conducted by Us
Our training is a 1-day induction program to be held by Zoom. It's an opportunity to provide you with our tools and knowledge you need to excel in your future positions. You will have to pass a test in order to become a professional Edyn Care carer. On the next day, you will a catch up call with your compliance team member and we will discuss your test, and training and answer any of your questions.
Step 5: Call With Your Dedicated Care Coordinator
Once you have successfully passed all previous steps you will speak with our coordinators regarding possibly the start day and tier of the package.
