What is online e-learning training?

As a CQC-registered organization, we are mandated to uphold certain standards, including the requirement for carers to complete mandatory modules. This is essential for ensuring that our services consistently meet regulatory expectations.

Once you have completed our training and provided all required documents, we will enroll you in our mandatory E-Learning modules on our Social Care TV platform.

Please note the passmark on Social Care TV is 80%. Once you have marked your answer you will not be able to change it.

These modules include:

  1. Moving & Assisting

  2. Basic life support & First aid

  3. Communication

  4. Dignity

  5. Equality & Diversity

  6. Fire safety

  7. Food hygiene

  8. Health and safety awareness

  9. Infection prevention and control

  10. Medication management

  11. Mental capacity and liberty safeguards

  12. Moving and handling objects

  13. Nutrition and hydration

  14. Oral Health

  15. Person-centred care

  16. Positive behaviour support and non-restrictive practice

  17. Recording and reporting

  18. Safeguarding Adults

  19. Safeguarding Children

If you can provide valid training certificates, you may be exempted from completing the training modules.

You will have one month to complete these modules.

Please ensure that you must complete them before being assigned to a placement.
