As a CQC-registered organisation, we are mandated to uphold certain standards, including the requirement for carers to complete mandatory modules. This is essential for ensuring that our services consistently meet regulatory expectations.
These courses are different from the internal edyn Refresher training. These are completed on Flexebee, external training provider we use. The passmark on Flexebee is 80%, if you pass below 80% Flexebee will give you the opportunity to re-take the quiz.
The E-learning courses carers are expected to complete are below, once completed they will either need renewing yearly or every 3 years.

Positive behaviour support and non-restrictive practice

Please note: edyn.care Refresher course is completed yearly too.

Safeguarding Children
If you can provide valid training certificates, you may be exempted from completing the training modules.
You will have one month to complete these modules.
Please ensure that you must complete them before being assigned to a placement.
