It's important to send us clear documents. Here are some do’s and don’ts to help you upload all required documents.

Do's

  1. Clear Front and Back Copies: When submitting documents such as ID cards, BRPs (Biometric Residence Permits), or driving licenses, make sure to include clear images of both the front and back sides.

  2. High Resolution: Provide high-resolution images to ensure that all details on the document are easily readable. We cannot accept low-quality or blurry images.

  3. Complete Documents: Ensure that the entire document is visible in the image. Avoid cutting off edges, corners, or crucial information, as incomplete documents may not be accepted.

  4. Correct Orientation: Upload documents in the correct orientation. Ensure that text and images are right-side up, making it easier for the verification team to review the information.

  5. Recent and Valid Documents: Submit the most recent and valid versions of your documents. Expired documents or those with outdated information may not be accepted.

  6. Please do not send full / all pages of your DBS certificate. Below, you can find an example of what we require to upload.

Please note, that your DBS must be Enhanced DBS for Adults and Children Workforce. If you are unable to provide it you will be expected to apply for a new one.

Don'ts:

  1. Blurry Images: Avoid submitting blurry or distorted images. Blurriness can make it difficult to read important details, leading to potential verification issues.

  2. Partial Documents: Do not submit partial or cropped documents. Ensure that the entire document, including all edges and corners, is visible in the image.

  3. Altered Documents: Do not alter or manipulate the document images in any way. Any signs of tampering may lead to disqualification from the application process.

  4. Outdated Information: Ensure that the information on the document is up-to-date. Submitting outdated or incorrect information may lead to delays or rejection of your application.
