As part of this process, we will be requesting a photo of your government-issued ID and a live photo of yourself.
To ensure that your ID and photo can be easily and accurately verified, we ask that you please adhere to the following photo requirements:
The ID and face photo should be taken in well-lit conditions, with no glare or shadows obscuring the ID or your face.
The ID should be held straight and level, with all four corners visible.
The ID should be clearly legible and all information, including your name and photograph, should be visible.
The face photo should be a passport-style photo, taken with a plain background and with you facing the camera directly.
No piercings or visible jewellery should be worn in the photo.
Makeup should be minimal or not worn at all.
Fake eyelashes should not be worn.
The photo should be crisp and clear, with no blurriness or pixelation.
The photo should resemble your passport picture, with a neutral expression and a plain background.
The unique link to complete verification will be sent to you via email.
