You know how important our work is in taking care of people's health and wellbeing, right? Well, there's something crucial we need to let you know about: completing e-learning modules every year.

As a CQC registered company, compliance with CQC requirements necessitates our carers to undergo training refreshers. Therefore, before proceeding to your placement, you are required to complete the e-learning modules you have been enrolled in and make sure that the certificates are up to date.

Here's why it matters and why it's not just another task to check off:

  • Keeping up with policy: Completing e-learning modules helps us stay updated on the latest dos and don'ts set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This means we can keep giving our best without worrying about breaking any rules.

  • Getting better at our job: E-learning modules are about making us better at what we do, serving as helpful reminders of what we already know. They provide opportunities to learn about better ways to care for people and improve the quality of our work

  • Making sure people stay safe: Our number one priority is the safety of the people we care for. By doing our e-learning modules annually, we refresh our knowledge on how to keep them safe.

  • Saving time: You can do it at your own pace, whenever and wherever you want, but in timely manner. Plus, it saves time and money for everyone involved - no need for travel or expensive workshops!

  • Showing what we've done: Completing our e-learning modules isn't just about us; it's about showing that we're committed to doing our best.
