These are document types that may include products with prices that might change over time.
How to Enable Automatic Price Updates for Installment Rows
By default, updating a product’s price or VAT rate does not automatically update open rows in installments. To enable this automatic update feature:
Go to:
Settings > Used Features
Or use the search bar with a keyword like "installment"Find the setting:
"Update installment row prices (scheduled invoices, quotes, delivery notes, proformas, mass invoices) when saving the product in the Products page?"Enable the setting by ticking the checkbox.
What Happens After Enabling?
Once this setting is enabled:
Anytime you edit and save a product from the Products page
The system will automatically update all open (unsent/unbilled) installment rows that use this product
Fields updated include:
Net unit price
VAT percentage
Gross unit price
This ensures your scheduled billing documents always reflect the most current product pricing.
