The electronic signature feature in Eemel.com—called Epic Sign—is legally binding and a secure way to sign contracts or documents using online banking credentials or mobile certificates.
📄 Sending a Document for Signature:
Go to Epic Sign → Documents in the main menu.
Upload your PDF file and click Start.
👤 Adding Signers:
Click Add Signers.
In the pop-up window, choose the signing invitation method and enter signer details.
✍️ Signing the Document:
Each signer receives an email link to sign the document electronically.
Additional signers can be added later via Show Signature Request.
📥 Receiving the Final Document:
Once all parties have signed, a signed version is emailed to you.
The signed file will also appear under Epic Sign → Documents about 15 minutes after the last signature.
💰 Pricing:
The cost is €0.95 + VAT per signature.
If sent to two signers, the total is 2 × €0.95, billed on your next invoice.
