How to Manage Multiple Companies with a Single Eemel Account
In Eemel.com, you can link your user accounts across different companies. This streamlines company management and allows for quick switching between company profiles.
🔹 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Gather Required Information
Note down the Customer ID of each company (found under: My Info → Contact Info) and the usernames you wish to link.
2. Enter the Information
Click on your company name in the top menu and enter the other company's information in the prompted fields.
3. Link Accounts
Click the Link button to proceed.
4. Send Invitation
An invitation is sent to the user of the company you wish to connect.
5. Check the Invitation
The recipient company sees a globe icon with a red indicator (number 1) in the top menu.
6. Accept the Invitation
Click the icon and review the request.
7. Confirm
If everything is correct, click Accept.
8. Log In
You can now access the linked company's data using the recipient company’s username and password.
📌 Tip: If you want full access from both accounts to each company, you must send a connection request from both directions.
