How to Enter Prices as Tax-Inclusive or Tax-Exclusive in Eemel.com

By default, invoice row prices are entered tax-exclusive, and the system calculates the tax-inclusive amount based on the VAT percentage. If you want to enter prices as tax-inclusive, here’s how:

Changing the Default Input Setting to Tax-Inclusive

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Billing Settings

  3. Choose Invoice Row Input Type

  4. Select Tax-Inclusive (Verollinen)

  5. Click Save

From now on, invoice rows will default to tax-inclusive prices (including VAT).

Tax-Inclusive/Exclusive Input for a Single Invoice Only

If you want to change the input method for just one invoice without changing your default:

  1. Go to Sales

  2. Select Invoices → New Invoice

  3. Click on Invoice Additional Info

  4. Under Input Type, choose either Tax-Exclusive (Veroton) or Tax-Inclusive (Verollinen)
