How to Export Products as CSV and Reimport Them into Eemel
✅ Activating the Product Registry
Go to Settings (gear icon in the top menu).
Select Available Features.
Check the box for Product Registry.
If the option is not visible, verify that your subscription includes the product registry feature on the Your Subscription page.
📤 Exporting Products to Excel (CSV)
Navigate to Sales → Products.
Click Save search results as CSV.
Open the file in Excel. Note: the file uses UTF-8 encoding.
📥 Importing Products from Excel (CSV) into Eemel
Go to Sales → Products → Import Products.
Choose the CSV file from your device.
Set the delimiter (typically a semicolon
;).Click Continue.
Match CSV columns with the Eemel fields.
If the column names match Eemel's export format, the mapping will be automatic.
Complete the import and fix any validation errors.
Notes:
If a supplier name is included in the CSV, Eemel will either assign it or create a new supplier if it doesn't exist in Purchases → Suppliers.
VAT codes must be entered as:
alv24→ 24% VATalv14→ 14% VATalv10→ 10% VAT
VAT % should be entered as a number only (e.g.,
24), without the%symbol.We recommend importing no more than 500 products at a time. If necessary, split your file into smaller ones.
Ensure the CSV file is in UTF-8 format.
