How to Prevent Reminder Charges in Eemel.com

If you don’t want to apply reminder fees to a specific customer’s invoices, follow these steps:


Instructions

  1. Go to Sales → Customers

  2. Find and select your customer, e.g., Example Ltd

  3. Click the edit icon (pencil)

  4. Go to the Billing Settings tab

  5. Set "Reminder fee enabled?" to No

  6. Click Save

From now on, no reminder fees will be added to this customer’s invoices.
