Automated Printing, Enveloping, and Mailing via Eemel
Through Eemel, you can send paper invoices using an automated service where invoices are printed, enveloped, and mailed directly from a Posti mailing center. Because the process is automatic, the PDF layout of the invoice must follow specific formatting rules.
Set Print and Delivery Preferences
Go to: Settings (top menu gear icon)
→ Select eLetter Settings
→ Make the necessary selections (e.g., color printing, mailing class)
Important Notes:
If you print and send invoices yourself, ensure that the recipient address fits the window of your envelope.
When self-mailing, we recommend using a large window envelope (9 cm wide × 7 cm high), so the 3–6 lines of address information remain fully visible.
