How to Activate and Display Your VAT Number in Invoices
To ensure your company's VAT number is shown on invoices in Eemel.com, follow these three activation steps:
Step 1: Activate EU Sales Functionality
Go to Settings (gear icon in the top menu).
Select Enabled Features.
Locate EU Sales Features.
Check the box to activate if it's not already enabled.
Step 2: Enable VAT Number Display in Invoice Appearance
Still under Settings, go to Invoice Layout.
Find the option Show your company’s VAT number on invoices?
Check the box to activate.
Step 3: Enter Your Company VAT Number
Navigate to My Info > My Contact Details.
Enter your VAT number in the VAT Number field.
Click Save.
✅ Your company’s VAT number will now appear on all newly created invoices.
