It is possible to apply discount percentages per invoice line.
To activate this feature:
→ Settings
→ Invoicing Settings
→ Use discount percentage on invoice lines
→ Activate
To enter a discount percentage on an invoice line:
→ Sales
→ Invoices
→ New Invoice
→ Enter invoice details
→ Enter discount percentage for the invoice line
→ Save and send the invoice
