Creating, Sending, and Confirming Quotes in Eemel
Eemel's Quotation tool makes it easy to generate and manage customer offers that can be converted to orders.
š ļø Activation:
Go to Subscriptions
Select Quotation Calculation
Click Explore and Order to activate the service
š Where to Find the Quotation Tool:
After activation, navigate to Sales > Quotations
š Creating a New Quotation:
Click New Quotation
Select the customer
Fill in required information
In the āQuotation linesā section, enter a description
Tip: To insert a full-width text block, leave the other line fields empty
Click Save. The quotation will remain in the Quotations section
š¤ Sending the Quotation to the Customer:
Go to Sales Invoices > Quotations
Select the quotation
Click Send
A pop-up will show the cover message and recipientās email
š§¾ Quotation Appearance:
The layout matches that of a sales invoice
Reference numbers (like invoice numbers) are excluded
š Confirming as Order:
Change the quotationās status to Order
When printed, the title will be shown as Order Confirmation
