Terms of Use
Service Provider: The service is provided by Epic Invoicing Oy, based in Tampere (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"). Companies using the service are referred to as the "Customer." The Customer's clients are referred to as "Third Parties."
Application Access: The invoicing application is accessible via an Internet browser at www.nettilasku.fi. The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the Application operates flawlessly and is available 24/7.
Service Continuity: The Seller will provide the service to the Customer as long as the Customer pays the Application's maintenance fees and wishes to continue using the Application. The Seller is not liable for any indirect or direct financial losses to the Customer or Third Parties arising from the use of the Application.
Payment Obligations: The Customer must pay the Application's maintenance fees on time. If the payment is overdue by three weeks from the due date, the use of the Application will be suspended until the bill is paid.
Termination:
By Customer: The Customer may terminate the service at any time.
By Seller: The Seller may terminate the service if the Customer breaches the terms of use.
Data Ownership and Retrieval:
All information entered into the service by the Customer is owned by the Customer, both present and future, even if the service administrator changes.
If the Customer discontinues the use of the service, they have the right to retrieve their data within two weeks of the termination notice.
Service Outages and Compensation:
If the service is unavailable for 48 consecutive hours, the service provider is obligated to compensate the Customer for a maximum of two months' worth of the service's monthly charges upon request.
Exceptions include situations beyond the service provider's control, such as natural disasters, war, exceptional circumstances, or server outages caused by the server administrator, in which case there is no obligation to compensate.
