We guarantee the rentals through the last day of classes. The rental term DOES NOT last through the end of finals. We will do our best to accommodate your move-out, but can't guarantee you can keep your bed through the end of finals.
That said, we can offer a custom pick-up date (if you really need a specific date) for a fee of $100.
