Sources are the files and locations that you want the AI to draw all of its knowledge from. It uses this knowledge to answer questions.

Sources can range from files like PDFs or Google Drive, specific web pages or entire sites, to help centers like Confluence.

You can find a list of Sources by:

  1. Navigating to your dashboard.

  2. Clicking the bot you'd like to train.

  3. Selecting the '+' button next to Sources on the sidebar.

  4. Search and select whichever Source you want to train your bot with!

You can also browse our list of integrations for Sources and Destinations here.

What you want, where you want it

You don't need to stress about your customer facing bot having access to internal knowledge! Just create a new bot and select your Sources.

With eesel AI, you can create more than one bot. Each bot has its own set of Sources, and can be plugged into different Destinations. This way, you can choose which bot has access to different information and who has access to the bot.
