Destinations are platforms where you can plug in your AI for others to interact with. This could be internally with your team, or externally for customer queries.
For example, you can select a Destination (by clicking the '+' button next to it in the sidebar) and connect your bot to your helpdesk, team chat like Slack, or as a chat bubble on your website.
You can find a full list of Destinations by:
Navigating to your dashboard.
Clicking the bot you'd like to train.
Selecting the '+' button next to Destinations on the sidebar.
Search and select whichever Destination you want to your bot in!
Destinations have their own settings, so you can customize the actions and prompts specifically for each platform.
For example:
A company can have an AI agent plugged into their Zendesk and the AI agent can automatically handle the Tier 1 support tickets. As needed, it can escalate a ticket by assigning it to a team. The same company can also have another AI bot that is inside the company Slack, and this bot is trained on more internal knowledge and can unblock team questions.
An E-commerce store can have an AI chat bubble on their website that can handle sales and support customer queries. It can look up tracking order information, share details about specific products, and as needed, escalate the conversation to a human.
