There are many ways to customize the AI, depending on which Destination you are using.

You can customize the tone, behaviors, and what happens if it doesn’t have an answer across all Destinations for one bot by selecting the ‘Customize’ tab on the sidebar.

Additionally, you can add bot actions and specific instructions for certain Destinations the bot is assigned to.

Simply select the Destination and navigate to the ‘Prompts and Actions’ tab. If this tab isn't available for, reach out to our support team.
