Why am I not receiving an email to manage my plan?

If you are not able to find emails to your admin account about your plan or billing, first try the following:

  1. Navigate to your settings via the top left dropdown menu on the dashboard.

  2. Select 'Billing' in the sidebar.

  3. Select 'Manage plan' and login with your email address.

If you aren't receiving an email, it’s likely because you’re using a different email to the billing email used during sign up.

Alternatively, make sure you check spam or junk folders in case our email got lost along the way!
