Most of the time eesel should get updated automatically by your browser. When this doesn't happen, you can manually trigger the update process to check whether a new version of eesel is available very easily.

On Chrome

1. Go to chrome://extensions

Just type chrome://extensions in your address bar, press enter, and you should land on this page:

2. Open the detailed view for eesel

Find eesel in the list of extensions and click on Details:

3. Toggle the developer mode

Click on the Developer mode toggle button at the top right corner of the page to enable it:

4. Click on Update

When the developer mode is enabled, an Update button should appear. Just click on it to manually update eesel, and after a few minutes the Version number of eesel should change:

On Firefox

1. Go to about:addons

Just type about:addons in your address bar, press enter, and you should land on this page:

2. Open the detailed view for eesel

Find eesel in the list of add-ons and click on it:

3. Check for updates

From the eesel detailed view, click on the "cog" icon at the top right corner of the page, and then click on Check for updates:

This will check if there's any update of eesel available and install them if necessary.
