Whether your teammates use eesel or not, you can use eesel to share pages with them. If they use eesel, the shared page will go to their new tab.

If they don’t, they’ll receive an email.

Neat, right? Here’s how you can share from eesel.

Share pages with “Send to”

Click on “Show page details” or use the keyboard navigation to highlight a page. From there, click “Send to”.

Alternatively, you can drag and drop the page into a Folder or Profile on the left.

From here, you’ll be able to add more teammates, Folders or Workspaces to share with. You can also leave comments to give context.

Your teammates will be able to reply and discuss from eesel too. All the discussions about the document will finally stay with the document.

That’s it! Once you get the hang of this, it’s a good idea to set up a team Workspace with teammates and folders, so it’s easier to collaborate. For instance, you can create a Folder for a project and share that with teammates to build a source of truth.
