What is eesel AI?

With eesel AI, you can create an AI that knows about your company knowledge and can instantly answer any question. It's like ChatGPT, but it knows about your company knowledge.

Where can I chat with eesel AI?

You can chat with eesel AI wherever you work. Add it to Slack or Microsoft Teams and chat from there.

You can add it as a website widget or embed it on any page.

Alternatively, add it to your Intercom, Zendesk, Jira Service Management or other help desks, and watch it interact with incoming questions.

How do I add "Knowledge" for eesel AI?

eesel AI only responds on "Knowledge" that you add for it. There are multiple ways to add "Knowledge":

  1. Browser extension for specific pages: Open up specific Notion pages, Confluence pages, Google Docs and so on, and import the tabs in with the extension.

  2. Web scraper for public links: Quickly scrape up your help centre, API docs, website or other public sites with the web scraper.

  3. Web scraper for internal links: Create a new user for eesel AI, give it read only access to your company knowledge in Confluence, Google Docs or any other tool, and it'll quickly scrape this.

  4. Upload PDFs or CSVs: You can also directly upload PDFs or CSV files.

What kind of questions can eesel AI answer?

eesel AI is best suited for knowledge retrieval questions like:

  • What is our policy on X?

  • Does our product do Y?

  • Do we support Z?

  • What does this error code mean?

eesel AI is NOT good at:

  • Answering "aggregate" style queries where it has to have a "full" view of the knowledge in one go e.g. get all conversations and count how many relate to Acme

  • Arithmetic style queries e.g. tell me the median

  • Answering based on complex Google Sheets e.g. this is fine but multiple tables in one sheet isn't

The ideal usage should be asking specific questions that require answer based on relevant pages.

Does eesel AI support other languages?

Yes, eesel AI will work in almost any language. It's using OpenAI's ChatGPT in the background, and works with all languages that ChatGPT works in. Even if your content is another language, it'll work fine.
