You can get eesel AI to automatically jump in and respond to your Jira Service
Management tickets, based on your company's knowledge base.
You can get it to leave external replies.
Or get it to leave internal notes.
Here's how you can get this set up.
β
1. Start a free trial and head to the app's settings
2. Choose whether you want to have external replies or internal notes, and the project
Getting eesel AI to leave internal notes is like a 'first draft' for human agents, or alternatively, you can get it to actually interact with the users raising requests. You should also add in the project key for which you want this to act.
Don't worry, you can always change this later.
3. Create an eesel AI account and add knowledge integrations
This is where you add any internal or external Knowledge Base for eesel AI agent to base it's responses on. You'll get guided to create an account.
Once you've created an account, you can add integrations like Google Docs, Confluence pages, PDFs, your help center, website or more. Add these integrations to train your bot.
4. That's it! π
You're done. eesel AI agent will now jump in and respond as new tickets are created.
