Step 1. Train eesel AI on your knowledge

Get the AI teammate to crawl your Intercom help centre, any internal Confluence pages, Google Docs, Notion pages and so on, and learn about relevant information. This is what it will use to craft responses.

Step 2. Configure how you want it to jump in

Configure exactly when eesel AI should jump in, if it should leave internal notes or external replies, and how it hands over to humans.

Step 3. Watch eesel AI in action ✨
