1. Find the eesel AI app and click "Install now"

2. Go through OAuth flow

3. Click "Sign up" and sign up for an eesel AI account

This is the page you'll land on.

Once you click Sign up, you'll see this. Enter an email and password.

4. Add Knowledge for your bot

For instance, here I'm adding the Intercom Help Centre for eesel as Knowledge, and I'll click "Start scraping".

I will see a timer, as the pages get crawled.

5. Chat with your AI agent

6. Configure how it interacts with Intercom

Head to "https://dashboard.eesel.ai", and head to "Intercom" in the left navigation - or simply click "Go to Settings".

Here you will be able to configure how the eesel AI will behave with your Intercom.

You can configure how eesel responds (whether an internal note or external note), the trigger for when it responds (reply on all conversations, reply only when eesel is @ mentioned in an internal note).

7. Optional: Set up eesel AI to leave an internal note

To start, you could configure eesel to "Leave an internal note" for "Any reply to a conversation".

And the behaviour will be like so. For any incoming conversation, eesel will leave an internal note based on the conversation.

Alternatively, you can configure eesel to leave internal notes only when explicitly triggered with "@eesel" in an internal note.

eesel AI will respond as the admin that installed the app by default. To change this behaviour, reach out to support.

7. Optional: Tinker with eesel "human handover"

When you configure eesel to leave external replies, you can configure it to automatically hand a conversation over to humans when unable to handle it. You can configure it to simply "un assign" the conversation, or assign it to a specific team.
