Connect Skoda

Follow these steps to connect a Škoda to EEVEE

Updated over a week ago

Skoda is no longer compatible with the free version of the EEVEE Mobility app. We apologize for any inconvenience. This brand is available when connected to EEVEE Business (fleets).

While we regret this, our team is actively working to explore future support possibilities. Reach out to our support team for assistance.

Thank you for your understanding.

What do I need

In order to link your Skoda you'll need to log in using your Skoda ID. This ID needs to have at least one vehicle linked to it and the car needs to have

  • Software version ME 3.0 or above is installed.

  • location data enabled.

  • You need to have an active Connect Subscription (so data can be shared)

    • Make sure you have "purchased" (added) all free subscriptions of Škoda Connect too via the Škoda Connect-app.

Step-by-step

  1. Start the onboarding flow.

  2. Enter the username (email address) registered to Skoda.

  3. Enter the password registered to your username (email address).

If you do not have an Skoda ID you will first need to create one.

Known issues

  • Error Connection failed

    • Škoda offers multiple versions of its app (MySkoda and Škoda Essentials).

Please check if you have installed the MySkoda Essentials-app and please try again.

  • Error "Car not compatible" when trying to link the car

    • Software version ME 3.0 is required. If your car has an older version installed (ME 2.3 for example) you won't be able to connect your vehicle. Please first update to the latest version and try again.

    • This could be due to us not having access to the location of the vehicle. Please check in the app, the website or the car itself it there is a way to enable this.

  • No cars showing up to link to EEVEE after connection

    • Please try again and be sure to let us know if you noticed this.
