Activating a charge pass can be done via the platform itself. This is both for first time activation, or if you want to assign a new card to an existing driver.
Step by step guide to assign and activate an EEVEE charge pass
Go to the Fleet overview page
Open/select the driver you want to assign a charge pass to
Click the card mentioning there is 'No charge pass linked'
Search or select the applicable card number
Confirm the selection
The charge pass is now linked and activated and can be handed over to the driver.
The EEVEE Charge pass is activated immediately, but may take up to 4 days before it can be used on all compatible charging stations.
This is because the card needs to get registered with all public charging roaming networks. Once active, the card will be accessible at over 650.000+ locations.
Good to know: you do not need to have a connected car to use the EEVEE charge pass. However, when used in combination they provide most value.
