Activating a charge pass can be done via the platform itself. This is both for first time activation, or if you want to assign a new card to an existing driver.
Here are the steps:
Go to the Fleet overview page
Open/select a driver (that has charge pass permissions enabled)
Click the card mentioning there is 'No charge pass linked'
Search or select the applicable card number
Confirm the selection
You can now give the card to your driver.
Good to know: you do not need to have a connected car to use the EEVEE charge pass. However, when used in combination they provide most value.
Attention: card activation may take up to 4 days. This is because the card needs to get registered with all public charging roaming networks. Once active, the card will be accessible at over 500.000 locations.
