Effective Experiments has a role based access control in place which allows you to control who has access to what project and at what level.

Privileges can vary from project to project and is set via the User Management by admins & super admins.

Master - This is the account owner who is responsible for billing, account administration, creating projects and all the abilities of the levels below.

Super Admin - This is the same access as the master owner without billing access. They can create new projects and have all other privileges.

Admin - This access allows the individual to add users to projects as well as all activities of the roles mentioned below.

User - A user can create, edit, delete research, ideas, experiments and reports as well as the roles mentioned below.

Viewer - A viewer is more of a read only access. These are typically given to stakeholders or people in supporting roles such as design, dev etc. They can see all the information and progress. They can take part in discussions, add comments etc but cant create or update anything in the experimentation lifecycle.

Client Viewer & Client User - These are client roles with similar privileges to the ones listed above but are primarily for agency use.
