Effective Experiments is built for organization-wide experimentation allowing you to get a complete picture.

Projects are workspaces within Effective Experiments that contain all the workflows, templates and setup for a team within an organization.

Projects form the execution layer - you can document your insights, store your ideas and experiments and collaborate with individuals within that workspace.

Projects can be grouped together to form a reporting group. Furthermore, these groups can be rolled up into Collections.

Groups & Collections are the reporting layers where you can get a consolidated view of roadmaps, experiment pipelines and dashboards.

How to use Projects, Groups & Collections in your organization.

What is the current setup you would like to report on.

  1. Countries & Teams

  2. Brands & Sub brands

  3. Workflows - AB testing, email marketing, etc.

The rule of thumb to follow when deciding how to set up projects are

  1. Do you want to see the metrics reported on that particular level. eg. team by team

  2. Do you want to restrict people from having access (or read only access) to certain workspaces

  3. Do you want to create multiple unique workflows?
