First ensure that you have integrated Jira with your project.

Manual Push is available on both Jira Basic and Jira Pro and gives you control over when you want to send a ticket to JIRA as opposed to the automatic push that happens automatically based on a pre-configured status.

To confirm this, navigate to your experiment. There you will see a Jira icon with a red circle on the top bar

The red dot denotes that the experiment is not synced with Jira.

To push the information into Jira, click the icon and you will see a confirmation popup.

Once you click yes, the information within the experiment is pushed into Jira and is visible within the project you have set.

You can visit a ticket in JIRA from Effective Experiments by clicking on the icon and Visit Ticket On Jira

Automated push to Jira and syncing is available on the Jira Pro Add-on
