Ideas that are no longer useful can be archived.

To archive an idea, hover over a card and click on the 3 dots on the top right of the card.

Click the archive option and the card will be archived.

ARCHIVING MULTIPLE CARDS

If you want to archive multiple cards at the same time, click on the 3 dots on the column header.

Select Archive Multiple Cards.

The cards will now have checkboxes. You can now select multiple cards or click the checkbox on the column header to select ALL cards in that column.

Finally, click on Archive Cards on the modal popup that shows on the top of the screen.

ACCESSING ARCHIVED IDEAS

To go to the list of archived ideas, click on the Filter By link on the top and select "show archived ideas" in the modal window.

The information window at the bottom will show you are in archived mode. Click the link there or Remove filters in the modal to go back to Active ideas.
