Sharing Capabilities
When working as a collaborative unit the ability to share projects in real time becomes very useful. Whether sharing an experiment, a list of experiments or the overall roadmap with a manager, client or with another team - gives you great visibility of your experimentation program.
When sharing from Effective Experiments, the recipient does not need an Effective Experiments account to view the information. The shareable links are living, breathing documents and will update as your experimentation program does in real-time.
How to Share Research or Idea
Currently there is no functionality to share research outside of the platform. However, please see the collaboration arctle to see an alternative.
How to Share an Experiment
Any experiment can be shared throughout the experiments’ timeline; once it’s in the kanban it can be shared externally and becomes a living breathing document. Meaning that if the experiment is altered at any stage, it’ll update in real-time on the link.
You can share experiments with anyone, they don’t need an Effective Experiments account in order to view.
Shared Experiments List
Shared experiments lists is a useful feature you can share multiple planned, live or completed experiments internally or externally via a shareable link. The shared lists are living, breathing documents – which means they change in real time as the experiments do.
The lists are created by selecting the status of the experiments that is to be shared, for example: all experiments in the development queue.
This feature gives your organisation fantastic visibility of your experimentation process in real time and enables collaboration across teams and projects.
Here's a walkthrough video to show you the ropes:
Share Roadmap
The share roadmap is a handy, list of the roadmaps that have been shared from the project making it quick and easy to distribute the experiment information across the business or even externally.
The share roadmap is fantastic feature within Effective Experiments as it allows the user to share the experiment roadmap externally, via a shareable link. The recipient doesn’t need to have an Effective Experiments account to access the information.
