πŸ‘₯ Crowdsource Ideas are available on SHOW and GROW plans

Suffering from a lack of new ideas? Try Crowdsource Ideas, a feature designed to collect new ideas across your organisation. By sharing a link to the crowdsourcing form, you enable your team members to participate in idea generation, which might lead to new experiments.

Where To Start?

First of all, Crowdsource Ideas must be enabled on your current project. This action is only available for Master users. To enable crowdsourcing, visit Shared Crowdsource Ideas within Account Settings. There, you'll be able to toggle a switch to turn Crowdsource Ideas on and off for a single project.

Make It Custom

After Crowdsource Ideas becomes available on your project, you can customise the submission form and email responses for accepted and rejected ideas. To do this, visit the Crowdsource Ideas tab in Project Settings and modify the form and responses as you like.

Sharing Is Caring

To start collecting ideas from your colleagues, share the link to the submitting idea form by visiting the Crowdsource Ideas page and clicking the "Share Link" button. The link will be automatically copied, allowing you to share it across your organisation.

What Next?

Starting now, you'll start receiving ideas from team members, which you can find on the Crowdsource Ideas page. If a crowdsourced idea is valuable, you can accept it as a research or idea and continue investigating its potential. If the idea isn't suitable, you can reject it and apply a reason for the rejection.
