One of the great features of Word Clouds are that you are able to play around with them at any time to display what you want ... and not what you don't.
If you've added a Word Cloud and aren't completely into what you see, you have a few options within your Cloud Options menu to help you out.
Change the timeframe. You can change the timeframe you pull messages from down to the hour. Make some adjustments to see if you get new results.
Edit filters. If there are some words appearing in your Cloud that you don't want, just add them to your filtered words.
Change the letter count. By default the Word Cloud will only show words with two letters or more, but you can change that limit to change the results.
Change frequency. Lower or raise the frequency of which words had to be used in order for them to appear this will certainly change what populates in your word cloud.
Figuring out how to manipulate Word Clouds to get the results you want can take a little bit of practice. The good news is you can experiment with it at any time, even weeks or months after your event.
