Understanding percentiles
Scores in Insights can be shown as percentile rankings.
47% means the person scored higher than 47% of all rated employees for that competency
10% means the person is in the lowest 10th percentile
90% means the person is in the top 10%
Percentiles make it easier to compare results across teams and cycles, even when different forms or reviewers are involved.
Weighted scoring
Effy AI currently does not support weighted scoring.
All review types (self, peer, manager, upward) are weighted equally
If you need custom weighting:
Export raw data
Apply weights manually in a spreadsheet
Weighted scoring is on the product roadmap.
