If you have the MSP functionality of our product enabled, you will be able to create “Customers” – these are to enable you to link one or more Intune tenants that you manage for your end customers up to a customer record in Eido, allowing you to filter most things in the UI by customer.

Managing Customers
To create a new customer or manage existing customers, click Customers from the Nav bar
By clicking the settings cog, the name of an existing customer can be edited and by clicking the trash can they can be deleted. Note that deleting a customer wont also delete the Intune tenants in Eido that are associated with them, which will need to be deleted separately. Click New Customer and provide the name of the customer
Filtering Eido by customer
As you will have notices, there are filters in most of the table views of the product where it is possible to filter the tables contents to those of specific customer(s).
It is also possible to filter the entire product’s UI to a specific customer without setting up filters for each table/dashboard/report in the product. To do this, simply click the dropdown next to All Customers and select the customer you are interested in filtering on
