To give you the opportunity to get to know Eitje before your team members start receiving emails, you can use the demo mode.
What is demo mode?
If you're starting to use Eitje, your account will be in demo mode. This means that your team members will not receive any emails yet (for example, to activate their account or about their shifts). This way you can set up everything.
You can recognize that your account is in demo mode if you see the following blue bar on the top of your screen:
Invite team members manually
Are there any team members you would like to grant access to Eitje already while still in demo mode? You can manually send them an invitation e-mail.
Navigate to 'Team' at the top.
Click on the profile of the team member you want to invite.
Click on 'Actions' next to the team member's name.
Choose 'Send activation mail'

Deactivate demo mode
Are you ready to give your team members access to Eitje? All you need to do is uncheck the box in the blue bar on the top of your screen. A pop-up will appear that ask you if you want to automatically send an e-mail to all of your team members.
From now on, an email will also be sent automatically when the schedule is published or changed or when you add a new team member to your team (if they activated their account).
โ ๏ธ Note: Do you have multiple venues? Then you have to turn off the demo mode per venue.
Reactivate demo mode
Do you want to reactivate demo mode? You can do this in the settings:
Go on the menu in the top right corner and go to 'Venue settings'.
Under 'General', turn the toggle next to 'Demo mode active' on.
