The red circle showing a 'P' means that this shift has not been published yet.
When you publish a shift, it becomes visible for your team members. They will also receive a notification. There are different ways to publish shifts:
Publish one shift
- Go to 'Planning' in the main menu. 
- Open the shift you want to publish. 
- Tick the box next to 'Published'. 
- Click 'Save'. 
Unpublish shift (undo publishing):
If you have published a shift that you now want to unpublish, you open that shift, simply untick the same box, and save.
Publishing multiple shifts
- Go to 'Planning' in the main menu. - (Are you in 'Planning as a table'? Then continue with step 4) 
- Click 'Tools' in the top right corner. 
- Choose 'Edit multiple shifts'. A checkbox now appears next to each shift. 
- Tick the boxes of the shifts you want publish. 
- Now, click 'Perform action' on the bottom of the screen. 
- Go to 'Publish status' and choose the option 'Publish'. 
 
โUnpublish shifts:
Did you already publish shifts, but do you want to unpublish them? Follow the steps above and choose the option 'Unpublish' instead.

Publishing shifts for multiple weeks or months
- Go to 'Planning' in the main menu. 
- Click 'Publish' (top right). - โ ๏ธ Note: The number between brackets shows the number of shifts you can publish across all teams in the current week of the schedule. 
- Complete the different fields. 
- Click 'Publish'. 
Here you can adjust the following options:
- Select the teams you want to publish: Select all the teams, or just the teams you need the schedule to be published for. 
- Publish by: Decide whether you want to publish the shifts by week (for one or multiple weeks), or by month (for one or multiple months). 
- Periods: Select the weeks or months that you want to publish. 
- Close availability for selected periods: If the availability is still open for the week(s) you are publishing, you can close the availability when publishing the schedule by using the toggle.
