The Planning panel gives you an overview of the scheduled hours of all your team members. For team members with an hour contract, you can also see their contract hours and their current hour balance.
You can find the Planning panel on each planning page at the top right, under Tools.
In the Planning panel, you'll see the following information:
For fixed contracts:
The planned hours per team member for that week.
The contract hours per team member for that week.
If the hour balance is activated in Eitje, you'll also see their current hour balance.
For other contracts or in case of no contract
The planned hours per team member for that week.
The planned number of shifts per team member for that week.
The preferred number of shifts. Team members can communicate their preferences for this via the Eitje app.
If you click on the name of a team member, you'll see all planned shifts of that team member.
