Why is the token invalid when resetting my password?

If you forgot your password, you can request a password reset email via the following link.

If you have requested this email more than once, you may get the message 'token is invalid' when creating a new password.

This is because there is security built, meaning only the last email is valid. It is, therefore, better to wait for the last email and use that one to reset your password.

If you are not 100% sure how many times you requested the email, wait a few minutes and then do it again. Then use the last email to reset your password.

⚠️ Note: The password is case sensitive, so keep this in mind when resetting the password.
