You can't see all your shifts of feel like some are missing? It's good to know that there could be different reasons for this.
Shifts are not published
Team members can only see shifts in the schedule that have been published. An unpublished shift can be recognised by the word 'draft' next to in the app or by the red 'P' next to the shift on the web version. Only managers and admins can see unpublished shifts.Team member is in multiple venues
If you are in multiple venues that are not rellated to each other, you have to switch venues to see the shifts in the other venue. If you are in multiple venues that belong to the same organisation, you should be able to see all the shifts under the 'My shifts' tab in the app or on the schedule in the web version.
Data is not up-to-date
It can always help to refresh the page or do a pull to refesh on your phone. You do this by 'pulling down' the screen in the app. This refreshes your data and ensures that you see the most up-to-date version of the schedule.
Version of the app
Another reason why you are not seeing the shifts correctly could be an outdated version of the app. Check if you are on the latest version of the app. If you are using an older version, download the newest one.
