With our clocking system you can have your team members clock in and out. This will contribute to a more accurate registration of the worked hours.
The clocked hours immediately appear in the time registration, so you don’t have to wait for your team members to submit their hours themselves.
You can use it in a browser, or by downloading the app for tablets. Team members use a unique 'Time Clock PIN'.
⚠️ Note: Only Admins of the Eitje account can activate the clocking system.
Activate
There are two ways to use the clocking system. You can decide which works better for you, or you use both way and leave it up to you team members' preference. Below you find a brief explanation and a link to further instructions.
Dedicated device
You can install the clocking system's app on a tablet, or use a web based version in a browser. With a unique PIN team members can only clock in and out on a dedicated device on location.
Team member's own phone
If you prefer team members to use their own phone to clock in and out on the regular Eitje app, they can do so while they are connected to your WiFi, based on the IP address.
Pricing
By activating the clocking system you switch to the complete package. This means the monthly charge per team member will be higher.
