In the app you can see who has read a news update you posted on the newsfeed. You can also send reminders to team members who haven't read it yet.
⚠️ Note: This feature only works in the app of Eitje, so not on the computer! Activity on the web will be taken into account, but insights can only be found in the app.
View message statistics
In the app, at the bottom, click on the 'News' tab.
Click on the news update of which you want to see the stats.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the news update.
Select 'See message stats'.
Send a reminder
You can send a reminder to team members who haven't read the news update yet, then they will receive a push notification.
Click on 'Unread' in the message statistics.
You now have two options:
Click on 'Remind everyone' to send a reminder to all team members who haven't read it.
Click on the send icon next to a team member's name to send an individual reminder.
